It operates in three segments: Real Estate, which includes the development and sale of real estate inventory; Leasing operations include residential, resort, commercial, agricultural, industrial land and property leases; and Resort Amenities segment, which include a membership program that provides certain benefits and privileges within the Kapalua Resort for its members. The majority of its revenue is derived from the Leasing segment.
